This lovely blue carnation necklace is created from a “Toyo” plate.
The necklace is cut, edges smoothed, then hand painted, sealed and set on a stainless steel bail with 18 inch stainless steel chain.
Setting measures about 3/4 inch tall by 3/4 inch wide.
