Boutique Clothing: We are excited to offer boutique clothing through our drop shipping program. All clothing should ship within 7-10 business days but please reach out in regards to delays. Please not that these items are not available in store.
A return for DAMAGED items must be initiated within 48 hours of USPS/UPS confirmation of delivery on all clothing and shoes. Please email hello@tidalsaltco.com for any issues or help with a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping on exchanges- Tidal Salt LLC will issue a return label that will be taken off of the balance due. Tidal Salt LLC will cover return shipping on damages- please email a photo of the damage to hello@tidalsaltco.com. Exchanges for a shop credit will only be accepted if items are in original condition with no stains, smells, dirt, etc. Tidal Salt LLC reserves the right to deny an exchange request for items that do not meet our return/exchange standards.
